13. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account by providing written notice. No refunds will be given for unused services unless otherwise specified.
- Termination by Sphere VoxTel: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees on time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted.
14. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute related to our services, you agree to first contact Sphere VoxTel to resolve the issue informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
